I am a surface pattern designer specialising in print and embroidery. Inspired by the colours of summer flowers to the shapes and textures of botanical plants, I like to capture the natural unique details through drawing, painting and collage.

I enjoy combining print and embroidery as it creates a textured but hand illustrated fabric surface pattern. Layering materials, patterns and textile techniques allows me to design and create exciting surface patterns suitable for fashion and interior fabrics and surfaces.

As a surface pattern designer I enjoy experimenting and developing ideas. I like to keep a hand illustrated style in my designs by combining painted florals with digital processes.

My interest in floral details and surface pattern has inspired my textile collections from the composition, colour and pattern.
